Refund Policy

ASO design reports are digital products generated on demand using significant computational resources. All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds.

If the design process encounters a transient error (e.g., a temporary service disruption), the system automatically retries once with a short delay. Most transient failures are resolved by this retry.

If both the initial attempt and the automatic retry fail after payment has been verified, the system generates a free one-time recovery access code. This code allows you to retry the design at no additional cost.

• The recovery code is displayed on screen immediately after the failure.
• You can copy the recovery link or email it to yourself for safekeeping.
• Recovery codes are valid for 90 days and can be used once.
• To use a recovery code, visit the link provided or enter it in the access code field at checkout.

While the design is in progress, do not close your browser tab, refresh the page, or navigate away. Interrupting the connection may cause the design stream to terminate. If this happens, the automatic retry will attempt to recover.

ASO sequences generated by Pequliar are computationally predicted. They have not been experimentally validated. The design report is a research tool intended to inform discussions with qualified medical professionals. You assume all risk associated with any downstream use of the output.
