Refund Policy

ASO design reports are digital products delivered electronically upon completion. Because of the computational resources involved in generating each design, our refund policy is as follows.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The design process failed or produced an error and no report was delivered.
• The report was incomplete or materially defective (e.g., missing sections, wrong gene).

Refunds are not available if:

• The design was completed successfully and the report was delivered.
• You are dissatisfied with the scientific results or predictions (the Service is a research tool and results may vary).
• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.

To request a refund, email us at ido.bachelet@post.runi.ac.il with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal, our payment provider. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, please reply to our response with additional details. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly.
